Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.

Basic knowledge of cosmetics, skincare products, and aesthetic procedures is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Professionally handling inbound calls and digital queries (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to provide accurate information regarding beauty services, skincare products, and packages.
Conducting outbound calls to follow up with potential leads and converting inquiries into appointments.
Provide accurate information on services, packages, and promotions.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and appointments in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Doctors, Front Desk) for seamless service.
Follow communication protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and support positive brand perception.
