Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
Professionally manage inbound and outbound inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media) to convert potential clients into bookings.
Develop monthly marketing plans (promotions, events) and manage content creation for social media, website updates, and print media (flyers, posters).
Use CRM tools to track inquiries, schedule appointments, send follow-ups, and manage loyalty initiatives to improve client retention.
Monitor marketing ROI and sales metrics to ensure sales targets are met and provide regular reports to management.
Identify new opportunities, collaborate with influencers or corporate partners, and conduct market research to identify trends.
Work closely with doctors, therapists, and the front desk to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments (laser, skincare) to effectively educate clients and promote services.
