Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chemist to join our team. The role involves conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing chemical compounds, ensuring product quality, and supporting research and development initiatives. The Chemist will play a key role in maintaining safety standards, driving innovation, and contributing to the organization’s growth through scientific expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laboratory Research & Analysis

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses.

  • Develop, test, and validate formulations for products.

• Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct routine testing to maintain product consistency and safety.

• Process Development

  • Support scale-up of laboratory processes to production level.

  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize chemical processes.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs, and test reports.

  • Prepare technical documentation and present findings to management.

• Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and environmental regulations.

• Train team members on safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related field.

• 2–5 years of laboratory or industrial chemistry experience (preferably in pharmaceuticals, food, or manufacturing).

• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., titration, chromatography, spectroscopy).

• Familiarity with regulatory standards and laboratory best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory management software.
