Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Script Writer to develop engaging, persuasive, and conversion-driven scripts for our skincare brand. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, skincare products, and digital content trends, especially in the Bangladeshi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-converting scripts for:

  • Video ads (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Product promotional videos

  • Live selling sessions

  • Customer testimonial videos

  • UGC (User Generated Content) style ads

• Develop storytelling concepts aligned with brand identity

• Research skincare ingredients, benefits, and trends to create accurate and engaging content

• Collaborate with:

  • Video production team

  • Digital marketers

  • Social media team

• Adapt tone and messaging for different target audiences

• Optimize scripts based on performance data (CTR, conversion rate, engagement)

• Create hooks, pain points, and strong call-to-actions (CTA)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, English, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in script writing / content writing (preferably e-commerce or skincare)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Facebook & TikTok ad content

  • Direct response marketing

  • Bangladeshi consumer behavior

• Excellent writing skills in Bangla and/or English

• Ability to write engaging hooks within first 3–5 seconds

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with skincare or beauty brands

• Knowledge of skincare ingredients (e.g., niacinamide, salicylic acid, etc.)

• Experience in UGC or influencer-based content scripting

• Basic understanding of video production and editing flow
