Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed design documentation.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detail drawings.
Prepare submission drawings for authorities and regulatory approvals.
Revise drawings based on design development, consultant comments, and site requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings.
Prepare as-built drawings and record drawings when required.
Assist architects in preparing presentation drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
Conduct site visits for measurement verification and construction coordination when necessary.
