• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Real Estate, Developer, Building & Construction Materials

• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Managing project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover the project.

• Supervise all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.

• Coordinating with Engineering, Design & Development, Cost & Estimate, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Land & Legal Departments.

• Supervision Project construction work, ensuring quality and specification.

• Maintain site observation and monitoring books.

• Coordination between Management & Projects.

• Coordination with Design Section for effective implementation projects. Checking Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing working drawing, problem marking & solving process maintain.

• Preparation & Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.

• Budgeting & Estimating, their proper application to projects & control at site.

• Estimating & Costing of the require materials.

• Materials Receiving Report. Material management of Construction projects.

• Cost control & optimum use of material projects.

• Quality controlling of Construction work.

• Prepare & submit Report projects status, progress report & prepare Interim/Revised project schedule to Management.

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

• Assisting in Contractors & Suppliers management.

• Check contractors activities work progress, quality of work and evaluate their performance.
