1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for apartment building construction projects.

2. Analyze architectural drawings, structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

3. Calculate quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

4. Prepare detailed project budgets and cost reports.

5. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

6. Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.

7. Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

8. Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.

9. Update cost databases and maintain estimation records.

10. Ensure estimates comply with project requirements and company standards.
