The Jr. Executive, Port & Shipping should be manage Port & Shipping related works of this organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining Mother Vessels Files Properly.
Cargo Operation Monitoring at Load Port
Maintain proper communication with Agent & Brokers.
Daily Mail Checking and Swift Response.
Lay time Calculation.
Continuously monitoring & communicating cargo operations at discharge port over the phone (or) WhatsApp group.
Update Agent List, Freight Invoice, Lay time Statement, STVD list etc.
Make LOI against OBL.
