Responsibilities & Context:

Garda Shield Security Services Limited, a reputed security, safety, and risk management company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Officer for its Manned Security Services (MSS) Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and effective implementation of day-to-day field operations in the assigned zone. The role involves overseeing security operations at designated sites and ensuring the performance and discipline of guards and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the company’s primary on-site representative for the assigned posts.

• Supervise daily activities of guards, supervisors, and other field staff.

• Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance, duty rosters, and discipline.

• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and performance monitoring in line with company policies and client requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and promptly resolve any complaints or operational issues.

• ·        Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

• Manage and report any incidents, emergencies, or unexpected situations professionally.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations departments regarding recruitment, replacement, training, and disciplinary matters.

• Ensure proper use, control, and accountability of company assets at the posts.

• Assist in investigation and documentation of any misconduct, negligence, or breach of duty.
