∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, interior design, or related fields.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Understanding of lighting products, design principles, and industry trends.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
∎ Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for lighting and design.
∎ Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
∎ Proficiency in English speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Suggest clients on lighting products and solutions based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in the showroom and at client locations.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations.
∎ Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
∎ Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure follow-up for client satisfaction.
∎ Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
