∎ Proven experience in showroom, retail, or store management, preferably in lighting, or interior-related industries.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Solid understanding of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.
∎ Good knowledge of lighting products and interior design trends is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic retail software.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ A positive attitude with a passion for design and team success.
∎ Excellent spoken English and effective communication abilities.
∎ Ability to read and understand floor layout drawings and use them to guide client solutions.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage daily showroom operations to ensure a clean, organized, and engaging environment.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
∎ Coordinate with management on inventory planning, stock levels, and new product displays.
∎ Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
∎ Monitor customer service standards and ensure a personalized and professional shopping experience.
∎ Manage scheduling, delegation of tasks, and performance reviews for showroom staff.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to boost showroom performance.
∎ Handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure all displays are up to date and aligned with brand image.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with senior management.
∎ Stay updated with lighting trends and competitor offerings to enhance showroom appeal.
