• Bachelor/Honors

• HSC/Graduate from any recognized institution.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2-3 years practical experience as a Team Leader in field sales.

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to achieve monthly targets.

Prizeol is looking for some experienced, energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals who are willing to face the challenges of field sales and marketing of Prizeol Membership Packages.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• To lead, supervise, and monitor a field sales team consisting of 5-10 members.

• To ensure achievement of monthly sales targets through effective team management.

• To provide direct field support and motivation to team members for selling Prizeol Membership Packages.

• To prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to the management.

• Daily TA/DA: Tk. 200 (Approx. Tk. 5,200 per month).

• Attractive sales incentive ranging from Tk. 10,000 to Tk. 90,000+ per month. subject to achieving the monthly target.

• Two Festival Bonuses per year (50% of basic salary each).
