· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT resource augmentation services by leveraging strong corporate and business-level networks to generate consistent B2B sales and ensure sustainable business growth through effective utilization of in-house and externally hired resources.
· Identify and acquire new B2B clients in local and offshore markets through strong corporate connections, while expanding existing accounts by increasing resource headcount and securing long-term service contracts.
· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and enterprise-level client engagement, ensuring continuous deal flow and conversion for scalable revenue generation.
· Lead client negotiations and finalize commercial agreements for staffing and offshore development services, ensuring smooth coordination with internal HR and technical teams for timely resource fulfillment.
· Maintain and grow long-term enterprise client relationships to ensure high retention, recurring revenue and strategic partnership development based on deep understanding of client workforce needs.
· Strengthen market positioning in the IT resource augmentation domain with strong emphasis on RA market knowledge, industry insights and thought leadership, while driving brand visibility through success stories and client engagement.
· Work closely with HR and technical teams to align client demand with talent supply, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding and deployment of resources, with a strong recommendation that candidates capable of building RA business from scratch are highly preferred due to their entrepreneurial capability and market execution strength.
