Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT resource augmentation services, selling both available in-house resources and newly hired resources based on client demand.
Acquire new B2B clients and expand existing accounts by creating and increasing headcount positions, roles and long-term contracts.
Build a qualified sales pipeline for staff augmentation through inbound marketing client meetings.
Close deals by finalizing commercial terms, then coordinate with HR teams to deploy available in-house resources or hire required talent to fulfill client requirements.
Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion
Identify target accounts and decision-makers for software staffing and offshore development services.
Execute lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
