Responsibilities & Context:

Revenue Growth & Sales Target Ownership

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT resource augmentation services, selling both available in-house resources and newly hired resources based on client demand.

  • Acquire new B2B clients and expand existing accounts by creating and increasing headcount positions, roles and long-term contracts.

  • Build a qualified sales pipeline for staff augmentation through inbound marketing client meetings.

  • Close deals by finalizing commercial terms, then coordinate with HR teams to deploy available in-house resources or hire required talent to fulfill client requirements.

Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion

  • Identify target accounts and decision-makers for software staffing and offshore development services.

  • Execute lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion strategies.

  • Conduct sales meetings, service presentations and commercial negotiations.

Account Management & Client Retention

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and recurring revenue.

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their workforce planning needs.

Brand Building & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen the company’s brand equity and market credibility in the IT services ecosystem.

  • Plan brand-building initiatives such as thought leadership posts, success stories and client testimonials.

  • Position the company as a reliable software talent partner in Bangladesh and offshore markets.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies for LinkedIn and Facebook.

  • Drive inbound leads through content marketing, employer branding and service promotions.

  • Optimize campaign performance using engagement metrics and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams for consistent brand messaging.

HR Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the HR and tech team to align demand with talent supply.

  • Translate client requirements into clear hiring briefs for HR.

  • Support workforce planning by ensuring resource availability, scalability and delivery timelines.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of resources for client satisfaction.
