• HSC

• HSC Pass / Honours Running.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

• Age 20 to 25 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to achieve the monthly target.

• Strong, convincing mentality and communication skills.

Prizeol is looking for some young, energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals who are willing to face the challenges of field sales and marketing of Prizeol Membership Packages.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• To conduct team-based field sales activities at assigned booths and locations.

• To approach potential customers and explain Prizeol services and benefits.

• To assist customers in selecting suitable membership packages according to their needs.

• To explain pre-sales and after-sales service facilities clearly.

• To convince customers by properly explaining the terms and conditions of membership.

• Daily TA/DA: Tk. 150 (Approx. Tk. 3,900 per month).

• Attractive sales incentive ranging from Tk. 6,000 to Tk. 38,000+ per month, subject to achieving the monthly target.

• Two Festival Bonuses per year (50% of basic salary each).
