Job Responsibilities (Asset Sales)

• Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan.

• Maintain strong customer relationship with existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.

• Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.

• Ability to work in a group for achieving business target.

• Liaise with supervisor/other support departments for processing files and approval.

• Remain up to date of our products and their features.

• Oversee repayment / servicing of loan prudently.
