Experience:

A solid understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and customer behavior is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is mandatory.
TechVen Properties Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Manager, Sales who will lead the entire sales function and play a critical role as a backbone of the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will take full ownership of the sales department, leading, mentoring, and driving the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
He/she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
The candidate will actively engage in client acquisition, conduct high-level negotiations, close key deals, and ensure strong revenue generation across all real estate projects, including apartments, plots, and commercial properties.
He/she will build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experience and after-sales service.
The role also includes monitoring team performance, setting KPIs, preparing detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive effective campaigns and lead generation.
