Experience in customer dealing, field sales, client follow-up, project visits, or real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Job Context
TechVen Properties Ltd. is looking for energetic, smart, and target-oriented Executive, Sales professionals to support the company's real estate sales activities.
The selected candidates will be responsible for client communication, field visits, project visits, lead follow-up, customer relationship management, and supporting the sales team in achieving assigned sales targets.
This position is suitable for candidates who are confident in dealing with customers, willing to work in the field, and interested in building a career in the real estate sales profession.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits, project visits, client meetings, and site visits as per the sales plan.
Communicate with prospective clients through calls, messages, direct meetings, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and guide them with suitable project information, pricing, payment plans, and visit schedules.
Support the sales team in generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Assist senior team members during client presentations, negotiations, and deal follow-up.
Maintain proper records of client communication, lead status, visit schedules, and daily sales activities.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely client response, smooth follow-up, and better service experience.
Build positive and professional relationships with clients, potential buyers, and referral sources.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights from field activities.
Support promotional campaigns, property launches, and lead-generation activities when required.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales to build trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the reporting supervisor.
