  • Age At least 14 years
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales support, or related field.

  • Experience in real estate, property sales, building materials, direct selling, or service-based sales will be an added advantage.

  • Practical experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

  • Good understanding of sales funnels, customer journey, online inquiry handling, and lead conversion process.

  • Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work with sales teams and understand business targets.

  • Basic knowledge of websites, social media management, content planning, and digital performance tracking.

  • Must be target-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Position: Assistant Manager - Online Customer Relations

Job Context

TechVen Properties Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager - Online Customer Relations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital marketing activities, online presence, lead generation campaigns, and digital sales support. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign planning, audience targeting, customer communication, and sales lead management.

The key focus of this position will be to generate quality leads through digital platforms and support the sales team in converting those leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for TechVen Properties Ltd.

  • Generate quality leads through Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.

  • Develop campaign plans for real estate projects, apartments, plots, commercial spaces, and company branding.

  • Prepare audience targeting, ad copy direction, campaign objectives, budget plans, and lead generation strategies.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up of online leads and customer inquiries.

  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rate, and other key digital marketing metrics.

  • Maintain and improve the company's digital presence across social media, website, online listings, and other platforms.

  • Work with the creative team to prepare campaign content, visuals, videos, project promotions, and customer-focused communication.

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, customer behavior, and digital campaign performance in the real estate sector.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead generation, customer response, and improvement areas.

  • Support sales events, project launches, promotional campaigns, and client communication activities as required.

  • Ensure proper lead database management and coordination through CRM, Excel, or other approved systems.
