Responsibilities & Context:

  1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Design, launch, and aggressively optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) to generate targeted leads for tour packages and student visa counseling.

  2. Targeting & Audience Segmentation: Build and manage highly specific target audiences, lookalike audiences, and advanced remarketing funnels to separate high-intent students from casual holiday travelers.

  3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Create, test, and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and ad creatives to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates while minimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

  4. Data & ROI Tracking: Set up precise event and conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager to ensure every advertising taka spent is fully accountable.

  5. Content & Ad Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad formats (video hooks, carousel ads, student success stories, and localized travel vlogs) that align with Bangladeshi consumer psychology.
