• Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status, production progress, shipment schedules, and any potential issues.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business growth opportunities.

• Prepare and maintain order-related reports, customer records, and shipment documentation.

• Monitor customer requirements and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

• Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.

• Support management with customer meetings, presentations, and business correspondence.
