  • Experience in any of the following sectors will be strongly preferred: Real Estate,Insurance, Immigration / Consultancy Services, Banking / Financial Services, High-value services sales.

  • Strong ability to generate leads through fieldwork and direct customer engagement

  • Confident in face-to-face communication, presentation, and persuasion

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined

  • Comfortable with extensive field visits across assigned areas

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking records

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or sales reporting will be an advantage



Responsibilities & Context:

eduaid is looking for a motivated and target-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Field Sales & Direct Acquisition with proven experience in door-to-door sales, field visits, direct client acquisition, and lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-reliant in generating qualified leads and confident in closing business deals through effective face-to-face communication with potential clients.

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Immigration / Consultancy sales.

  • Conduct regular field visits and door-to-door sales activities across assigned locations

  • Identify, approach, and generate leads from potential customers

  • Promote eduaid’s services through direct client interaction and service pitching

  • Conduct face-to-face consultations and initial need assessments

  • Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline for follow-up and conversion

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales activity targets

  • Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process

  • Handle basic client queries, objections, and service-related questions professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

  • Provide regular reports on market feedback, customer interest, and competitor activities

  • Coordinate with the internal sales and consultancy teams for lead handover and further processing
