Eduaid is looking for Digital Lead Specialists to manage the first level of contact with potential leads and assess whether they are marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). This role is an integral part of the marketing department’s lead management process. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries on social media and digital channels, proactively reach out to raw leads, and ensure that only qualified leads are passed to the sales or counseling team.
Engage with potential leads via social media, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and phone calls to assess their interest and eligibility.
Qualify leads based on predefined marketing criteria before passing them to the sales or counseling team.
Respond promptly to inbound queries across digital platforms, providing accurate and helpful information.
Initiate contact with raw leads generated from marketing campaigns for initial assessment.
Maintain records of lead interactions and qualification status in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on common queries, lead quality, and engagement trends.
Daily Reporting: Log and update all lead interactions in the CRM system, Prepare and submit daily reports on the number of leads contacted, response rates, and lead qualification outcomes. Highlight trends, challenges, and key insights from lead interactions to the marketing team.
