2–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service.

Must have experience in the Garments Accessories industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Good command of both Bangla and English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Smart, presentable, responsible, and service-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Female candidates only.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on orders, inquiries, quotations, and customer requests.

• Coordinate with sales, merchandising, production, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

• Keep customers updated regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other relevant information.

• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular reports.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
