Responsibilities & Context:

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Deputy Manager – Sales with a proven background in door-to-door or field sales. This role is ideal for someone confident in face-to-face interactions, skilled at building instant rapport, and driven to exceed targets through direct engagement with customers.

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell company services.

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

  • Convert prospects into customers through persuasive direct selling.

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and service demonstrations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Handle objections effectively and close deals confidently.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Provide insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitors.

  • Represent the company professionally in the field at all times.
