Job Summary
This position in marketing will oversee the strategic development and growth of multiple brands within the company’s portfolio. This role will drive brand performance across all assigned brands through effective portfolio management, product innovation, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with sales, trade marketing, and cross-functional teams, the incumbent will strengthen brand equity, accelerate market growth, and deliver sustainable business results across the entire brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive sales growth.
Support annual marketing plans, business targets, and portfolio growth initiatives.
2. Market Research & Consumer Insights
Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, market share, and competitor activities.
Conduct regular market visits to assess brand visibility and identify growth opportunities.
3. Product Development & Innovation
Lead new product development (NPD), formulation planning, and product testing initiatives.
Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on innovation, packaging, and cost optimization.
4. Packaging, Pricing & Portfolio Management
Oversee packaging development and design enhancement activities.
Conduct pricing reviews and coordinate with finance and supply chain teams to maintain profitability.
5. Integrated Marketing Communication (ATL, BTL & Digital)
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, PR, activation, influencer, and consumer campaigns.
Supervise media planning, creative development, and agency deliverables.
6. Trade Marketing & Channel Development
Develop channel-specific strategies across traditional, modern, and e-commerce channels.
Improve retail visibility through POSM, merchandising, trade promotions, and activation programs.
7. Budgeting & Performance Management
Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets with ROI-focused execution.
Monitor campaign KPIs and present business performance reviews.
8. Stakeholder & Agency Management
Manage external agencies including creative, media, digital, and research partners.
Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, production, and R&D teams to achieve business goals.
