Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients at the Priotoma Bangla Banani Showroom and professionally introduce products and interior solutions.

• Understand customer requirements, provide product consultations, prepare quotations, and complete customer billing.

• Achieve monthly showroom sales targets by converting inquiries into successful sales.

• Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and business partners to increase showroom sales and promote company products.

• Support showroom promotional activities as well as digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate new customer leads.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, sales follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with basic knowledge of CRM, quotation, billing, POS software, and email and internet applications.
