Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and market expansion. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, supporting project sales activities, and contributing to revenue targets while enhancing the company's brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• A personal bike is required for this role. Candidates with a personal bike will be given preference.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior solutions and modular furniture.

• Understand design concepts and technical drawings effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and related professionals.

• Act as the primary point of contact for design professionals by addressing inquiries and providing customized solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and training sessions on product features and installation processes.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to increase brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and expand professional connections.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

• Provide valuable feedback from clients and the design community to support product development and service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, or business development.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and learning potential are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience in the construction, architectural, or interior design industry will be considered an advantage.

• Strong understanding of interior solutions, modular furniture, and design drawings.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.
