• Prepare Mushak-9.1 (Monthly VAT return),

• Prepare Mushak-6.1: (Purchase Register), Mushak-6.2:(Sales Register), Mushak-6.2.1 (Sales Purchase Register), Mushak-6.3:(Sales VAT Challan), Mushak-6.3:(Purchase VAT Challan), Mushak-6.5:(Transfer Challan), Mushak-6.6:(VDS Challan), Mushak-6.7:(Credit Note) Mushak-6.8:(Debit Note), Mushak-6.10:(Above 2 lakhs Sales Challan) Operate and monitor VAT automated software 7 Concern.

• Prepare Input-Output Coefficient (Mushak-4.3).

• Collect all LC document and ensure purchase entry and calculation AV, CD, RD, SD, AIT, AT, ATV.

• Monitor all VAT activities of all manufacturing plants.

• Maintain proper documentation to avoid penalties.

• Responsible for multiple reports as per management requirements.

• Prepare VAT provision every month.

• Prepare VAT treasury every month.

• Reconciliation between VAT record and company accounts.

• Refund or adjust Advance Tax (AT).

• Take rebate as per VAT act.

• Maintain accurate and organized VAT records, documents & other

• reports.

• Calculate exp. head (Admin, Factory Overhead, Selling & Marketing, Distribution) and prepared VDS report.

• Collect all purchase related documents and ensure 100% entry in purchase register. If any documents is missing, call to responsible person and collect the documents.

• Total sales, purchase & rebate calculation, summary ready with attachment.

• Face all kinds of local audit (VAT).

• Handle VAT, tax and customs audit (Including 05 years audit).

• Visit factory, depot and Warehouse.
