Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor day-to-day activities of SPOs working in the field.
Track and evaluate individual and territory-wise performance against set targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Develop and maintain MIS (Management Information System) and performance dashboards.
Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with field teams and management for performance improvement initiatives.
