• Capable Of building and managing a marketing team and dealers across Bangladesh

• Capability of Tour in Whole Bangladesh.

• Build A Good Relation with doctor.

• Recruit Mpo In Whole Bangladesh.

• Make a good relation Mpo in Bangladesh.

• Sound knowledge of current market trends, product positioning, and promotional strategy.

• Should be target –oriented, self- motivated, and capable of strategic decision making.

• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/CRM Tools preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years In Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute nationwide marketing strategies to promote all product categories

• Supervise and train medical promotion officers (MPOs), regional managers, and marketing staff, Collection management.

• Build And Maintain relationships with doctors.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports and forecasts

• Ensure overall marketing budget control and cost optimization

• T/A,DA, Mobile bill.
