Responsibilities & Context:
Generate qualified sales leads through direct marketing, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
Promote the company's real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Maintain customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after sales.
