• Age 22 to 28 years

Requirements:
<Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
<Proven experience in sales (real estate/share business preferred)
<Smart, presentable, and confident personality
<Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
<Good knowledge of local property market trends
<Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares

• Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain proper sales records and follow-up with potential clients
