Our company specializes in recruiting workforce for Central and Eastern Europe. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Development Manager to join our Bangladesh branch. This key role focuses on driving sales growth through establishing and managing strong partnerships with local recruitment agencies. Candidates with international experience or from diverse cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to expand the network of local recruitment agency partners
Identify, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnership agreements with recruitment agencies and relevant organizations
Take overall management responsibility for supervising and improving branch operations
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners to ensure successful cooperation and results
Collaborate closely with Head Office and international teams to align business objectives
Oversee local team performance, productivity, and target achievement
Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports
Participate in daily coordination meetings with Head Office
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages will be an advantage)
Strong understanding of the local business and recruitment market in Bangladesh
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday & Saturday (Friday off), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
