• Experience in the real estate sector will be highly preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases and marketing  campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for apartment and real estate sales.
• Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and messaging platforms.
• Explain project details, property features, pricing, and company services professionally.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM and databases.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
