The Role

You will help lead Estavin’s real estate development platform, from identifying

opportunities and evaluating land through feasibility, structuring, development planning,

construction and delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate high-quality real estate development opportunities.
• Lead project feasibility and preliminary investment analysis.
• Evaluate land acquisitions and joint-venture opportunities.
• Analyze development potential, buildable area, project economics and commercial
• viability.
• Participate in negotiations with landowners and strategic partners.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, schedules and execution plans.
• Oversee development activities from initial evaluation through construction and
• delivery.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and development requirements.
• Identify commercial, technical and execution risks before they become problems.
• Maintain high standards of project quality and cost discipline.
• Present investment and development recommendations to senior leadership.
