Job Summary: We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and field-oriented Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to expand our dealer network and drive direct sales of Electrical Accessories products. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, appoint, develop, and manage dealers within assigned territories, generate direct orders, increase market coverage, and achieve sales targets.
Distributor development will be considered an added advantage; however, dealer development and direct sales execution will be the key focus of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Development.
2. Identify and appoint new dealers within assigned territories.
3. Develop strong relationships with electrical dealers and wholesalers.
4. Expand dealer coverage and increase active dealer count.
5. Ensure regular dealer visits and business follow-up.
6. Achieve monthly dealer recruitment targets.
7. Direct Sales & Order Collection.
8. Collect orders directly from dealers and key customers.
9. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
10. Increase sales volume and market penetration.
11. Convert competitor dealers into company dealers.
12. Ensure repeat business from existing dealers.
13. Territory Development.
14. Explore new markets and business opportunities.
15. Increase product availability in all major markets.
16. Maintain market intelligence and competitor information.
17. Recommend actions for territory growth.
18. Distributor Development (Secondary Priority)
19. Identify potential distributors where necessary.
20. Recommend and support distributor appointment.
21. Ensure smooth coordination between distributors and dealers.
22. Market Execution.
23. Ensure product visibility and display at dealer outlets.
24. Execute trade promotions and sales campaigns.
25. Collect market feedback and customer requirements.
26. Monitor competitor pricing and activities.
Reporting:
1. Submit daily visit reports and sales reports.
2. Maintain dealer database and market information.
3. Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, stock, and market requirements.
