We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and results-driven Executive, Admin Department to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update ERP software accurately.

  • Prepare and maintain client and Service Provider (SP) files in a timely manner.

  • Prepare monthly salary sheets for Service Providers (SP).

  • Prepare monthly sales analysis reports and present them as required.

  • Update daily sales reports according to company guidelines.

  • Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets and related databases.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks and support team members properly.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets effectively for reporting and data management.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management as per business requirements.
