Experience:
1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or software sales
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
Basic understanding of software and technology trends is a plus
Applicant must have experience to prepare tender document. e.g: E-GP, EOI, RFP, RFQ
Basic understanding of software products (e.g., ERP, HRM, CRM, School Management Software, etc.)
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Digital marketing skills – Such as Facebook boosting, basic Google Ads, and email campaigns – are a plus.
Having an existing network or client bases in Dhaka or the surrounding areas is considered an advantage.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information related to the company's products and services
Good organizational and time management skills
Identify and approach potential clients in any Industrial sectors.
Conduct client meetings and product demos, both online and in-person.
Prepare marketing pitches, proposals, and documentation.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with product offerings.
Making daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly.
Preparing tender document. e.g: E-GP, EOI, RFP, RFQ.
Continuous monitoring and activities to grow sales volume and achieve sales targets as set by the yearly business decision though proper process
