Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates having AH/DVM (Animal Husbandry/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, BBA, or MBA degrees from a reputed university will be given preference.
2 to 3 year(s) Experience in big industrial unit.
Must have knowledge in computer application particularly in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and Bengali.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch to new dealer, commercial poultry, cattle, farmer & farms to expand the customer base.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing farmers and distributors to secure recurring feed orders.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly volume and revenue goals set by company leadership.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Market Research: Analyze competitor pricing, product offerings, and shifting farmer demands to identify new market opportunities.
Product Launches: Execute marketing campaigns, field days, and seminars to introduce new feed items to rural communities.
Promotional Material: Coordinate with creative teams to distribute brochures, digital content, and technical product sheets.
On-Farm Support: Visit farms to assess animal performance and recommend specific feed programs to optimize growth or milk/egg yield.
Problem Solving: Address farmer complaints regarding feed / chicks quality, animal palatability, or performance drop-offs.
Operations & Financial Management
Credit Control: Monitor client payment histories and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with the feed mill / hatchery and logistics teams to guarantee timely product delivery to customers.
Reporting: Maintain detailed CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly field activity reports.
Self-motivated to hard working.
Any other tasks as may be assigned by the company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
