JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven professional to support evening tele-sales, lead follow-up, and investor communication. The role involves explaining Terraprime project shares and investment opportunities, maintaining regular contact with prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful share sales.
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 6:30 PM-9:30PM
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday |Friday Off
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact prospective investors through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
Clearly explain hotel and resort share packages, investment benefits, payment plans, and project information. Conduct regular follow-ups, handle initial objections, and
arrange meetings with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records using the
company's reporting system.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, client feedback, and lead conversion.
Work toward assigned targets and close successful share sales while maintaining professional client relationships.
Monthly Salary:
BDT 8,000-10,000 per month
Employees will have to meet the assigned sales target.
Sales High Commission:
6%-7% per successful share sale
