E-Zone HRM Limited is recruiting dynamic and motivated candidates for the position of "BDO & Onboarding Executive" for UPAY, a leading mobile financial service provider in Bangladesh. The selected candidates will be worked under E-Zone contract.

  • Identify, onboard, and support merchants, agents, distributors, and other business partners within the assigned area.

  • Conduct field visits to verify partner operations, collect required documents, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Deploy and activate QR payment solutions, wallets, and other digital financial services while providing necessary training and awareness.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, agents, distributors, and employees to ensure engagement, retention, and business growth.

  • Monitor transaction activities, wallet usage, payroll disbursements, and partner performance, taking action to improve results.

  • Handle customer, merchant, agent, and employee complaints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Ensure accurate KYC collection, account activation, credential verification, and record maintenance while preventing fraudulent activities.

  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on field activities, sales performance, onboarding progress, transaction volumes, and business opportunities.
