Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Additional training or certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Project Coordination will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Land Development, Housing, Banking, Leasing, Financial Institutions, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout their journey with the company.
Communicate with customers regarding installment schedules, payment reminders, and account status.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely realization of receivables in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal and Project teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Assist customers with registration, transfer, handover, mutation and other after-sales service requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the ERP/CRM system.
Prepare collection reports, customer service reports and other MIS reports for management.
Visit customers or project sites whenever necessary to provide support and facilitate collections.
Contribute to achieving departmental service and collection targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
