Responsibilities & Context:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate sectors.
* Visit prospective clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to promote elevator and lift solutions.
* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
* Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts.
* Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure excellent after-sales support.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with the engineering and project teams for successful project execution.
