Core Responsibilities:
Manage e-commerce operations including campaign planning, business growth and day to day logistics
Develop website content and promotional strategies to drive traffic and conversions
Analyze data and consumer insights to enhance website performance and customer engagement
Oversee query management of website/page for smooth customer experience
Oversee planning and execution of experience zones and pop-up stores
Collaborate with marketing, sales, agency & logistic teams for smooth execution
