GRT Global Services values high-quality client environments. We are seeking a dedicated, polite Administrative Support & Hospitality Associate (Office Support) to manage office neatness, provide excellent hospitality services, and run critical logistical errands at our Dhaka Head Office.
Report to: Senior Admissions & Academic Counseling
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and support students, parents, and visiting delegates with professional hospitality, including serving tea, coffee, and refreshments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including reception, counseling rooms, and meeting areas.
Handle essential office logistics such as document photocopying, courier submissions, and file delivery when required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, event spaces, and registration desks during student admission campaigns and on-site assessments.
Monitor and manage pantry and cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
Salary: BDT 10,000 – 12,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
