  • Prior experience in office support, hospitality, or administrative assistance will be an advantage.

  • Willingness to perform both desk-based and field-support tasks.

Job Context:

GRT Global Services values high-quality client environments. We are seeking a dedicated, polite Administrative Support & Hospitality Associate (Office Support) to manage office neatness, provide excellent hospitality services, and run critical logistical errands at our Dhaka Head Office.

Report to: Senior Admissions & Academic Counseling

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and support students, parents, and visiting delegates with professional hospitality, including serving tea, coffee, and refreshments.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including reception, counseling rooms, and meeting areas.

  • Handle essential office logistics such as document photocopying, courier submissions, and file delivery when required.

  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, event spaces, and registration desks during student admission campaigns and on-site assessments.

  • Monitor and manage pantry and cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
