• Trade certification in Plumbing will be an added advantage.

• Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance work.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.

Context:

The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems within the hotel premises, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, pipelines, pumps, valves, sanitary fixtures, and water supply networks.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently.

• Attend guest complaints and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

• Diagnose plumbing issues and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Monitor water supply, drainage, and sewage systems to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain maintenance records and report major defects to the supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.

• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

• Perform emergency maintenance duties as assigned by management.
