Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of manager Travel Agency to join our company.

Job Location:

  • Kakrail, Dhaka (Work at office)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, GDS providers, and travel partners.

  • Supervise ticketing, reservation, and customer service teams.

  • Strong knowledge of work permit procedures, documentation, and compliance.

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Maintain communication with clients, partners, and internal teams

  • Lead and coordinate the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and assist in financial planning and budgeting.
