- Age 25 to 30 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Good command of English and Bengali.Ability to work under pressure and travel as required.Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate daily cruise operations and guest services and maintain record as well as ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain communication with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators increase sales
Assist in sales, marketing, and promotional activities to generate sales
Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant records.
Coordinate reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries to convert sales
Ensure smooth execution of cruise events and guest programs.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
