• Age 18 to 35 years

• Provide professional consultation regarding overseas employment opportunities and work permit application procedures.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, job sectors, and work permit pathways based on eligibility and career goals.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents for work permit, employer sponsorship, and visa applications.
• Guide clients throughout the application process and ensure timely submission, tracking, and follow-up of applications.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, work permit regulations, and labor market trends of different countries.
• Maintain accurate client records, leads, and follow-up activities using CRM software or Excel.
• Coordinate with overseas employers, recruitment partners, and relevant authorities when required.
• Provide information regarding employment conditions, accommodation, travel arrangements, and settlement support.
• Participate in seminars, job fairs, webinars, and marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and support management with business development and operational activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional client experience throughout the process.
